Nutrition & weekly planning
Daily food logging
Log foods and meals against calorie, protein, carbohydrate, and fat targets. Foods can be saved to your personal library, and barcode lookup can retrieve packaged-food data from Open Food Facts when you choose to use it.
Calorie & macro cycling by day
The Weekly Plan can assign different goal modes—such as cut, maintain, or bulk—to different days. Calmacular can distribute the larger weekly objective across those days instead of forcing one identical target every day.
Completed days and remaining days
Once a day is complete, actual logged intake can affect how the remaining weekly target is allocated. That is why a later day’s target can change after earlier intake changes.
Maintenance and weight trend
Maintenance/expenditure values are estimates built from your profile, weight/activity history, settings, and Calmacular’s calculation system. They are not a clinical metabolic measurement and can change as the evidence changes.
Food-data accuracy
Third-party and user-entered nutrition data can be incomplete or wrong. When accuracy matters, compare it with the physical label or another authoritative source.
