Billing

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: Calmacular does not promise voluntary refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for purchased subscription periods. Refunds are available only when required by applicable law or required/approved under the policy of the App Store or Google Play that processed the purchase.

1. Store billing controls the transaction

Calmacular subscriptions are sold through the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play purchase system. The store displays the price, currency, billing interval, trial or introductory offer (if any), taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation controls that apply to the transaction.

2. Cancellation

Cancel through the store account that bills the subscription. Cancellation normally prevents a future renewal and does not undo the current paid period, except where the store or mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Deleting a Calmacular account does not cancel store billing. Uninstalling the app, signing out, or deleting local data also does not cancel the subscription.

3. Refunds

Except where required by law or the applicable store’s mandatory policy, purchases are final and Calmacular does not provide voluntary refunds, partial-period refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursement for unused time.

App Store customers should use Apple’s purchase/refund tools. Google Play customers should use Google Play’s refund/support flow when eligible. If the store directs you to the developer after its own eligibility window, Calmacular will evaluate the request under this policy and applicable law; the existence of a request does not create a refund entitlement beyond those requirements.

4. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law. In some jurisdictions, consumers may have statutory withdrawal, conformity, cancellation, refund, or remedy rights that cannot be excluded. Store presentation/consent flows may affect whether a statutory withdrawal right has already been exercised or lost for immediately supplied digital services/content.

5. Trials and introductory offers

Trial/introductory eligibility and conversion terms are controlled by the offer shown in the store. Cancel before the store’s displayed renewal deadline if you do not want a trial or promotion to convert to a paid subscription.

6. Billing problems

For duplicate, unauthorized, failed, or unexpected charges, first review the purchase history and subscription management tools for the store that processed the payment. You may also contact Calmacular Support for account-entitlement troubleshooting. Never email payment-card numbers or store passwords.
